Hello :)
I am Hande Didar, I graduated from İstanbul Technical University as a Food Engineer and I studied for my master's degree in Food Microbiology at Ege University. I was working on my new probiotic product and studying food, nutrition, and its effects on human health. After graduating, I am currently continuing my doctorate at İstanbul Technical University and I focused on the nutrition content of foods and their impact on human health, I am offering to show you the right path of food myths as much as I can :)
